Testimonial -
I have purchased/downloaded the FHJ music Vol. 1 CD, and I have to say "BRAVO!" to Jerry for the work he has done, and is doing in this
effort. I cannot believe the wealth of music contained on this CD. At
one time, I thought about purchasing back issues of the FHJ but the
expense, hassle to obtain, and storage necessary, kept me from doing
so. I am glad I waited! There are some real gems that may otherwise
have gone unnoticed (by me, anyway). And to have them all presented in
such a way, on CD to print as needed, is very nice indeed. I have
already "discovered" Kim Robertson's arrangement of "The Cherry Tree
Carol" ("When Joseph Was A-Walkin'"), which is one of my favorite
lesser-known Christmas pieces, and Sue Richards' "SImple Gifts" arrangement.
I now have both of the FHJ archive CDs which Jerry Brown has made
available. I cannot imagine the work that has gone into archiving
these back issues: scanning, categorizing, etc.
Thank you, Jerry Brown.

P.S. Download took about 1/2 hour, on DSL.
