Daydreaming can draw us into the simplest, most pleasant form of meditation and joyous self-awareness. This recording includes three improvisational pieces mixed with sounds of nature to ease you into contemplateive reflection. The tracks can be listened to individually for short meditative sessions, as upon awakening or preparing for sleep, or they can be expereienced in succession for deeper relaxation.
