Burled Maple

Burled maple comes from the trunk of the tree. It has a marbled aesthetic. The veneers are carefully mapped and book-matched to give them a geometric pattern. This wood has a warm color, so we would not want to stain it. Unstained, however, it can work well with some of the vivid color finishes. See below.
