I was actually relieved to find their website and review their info pages on how to order replacement strings. They made it relatively easy to figure out what I needed. Their instructions on how to make the replacement was easy to follow. I am keeping their info for future use.

Awesome love them
I love the strings, very high quality. Receive them in a very fast manner. Shipping is excellent. the only thing is I was not able to get ahold of them via email.
But of course, they do have your telephone number. Which always comes in handy
